Generally, there is 24/7 tap access for BW faculty, staff, and students during the academic year.  You MUST have your ID card or mobile credentials for tap access.  Tap access refers to the ability to enter the building anytime the front doors are locked.  Tap access may be turned off at specific times of year, most notably during the time periods when the university is closed  Information Desk hours are when someone is available at the desk in the lobby to assist with the circulation of materials.  Librarians hours refer to when a reference librarian may be available to assist (if they are not scheduled for appointments or instruction sessions).
