How do I know when my requested materials are ready to pick-up?

For OhioLINK and Interlibrary Loan items:
Once your requested item is ready for pickup at Ritter Library, you'll receive an email from opal-libraries@opal-libraries.org
The subject line should read EXT: Message from your library
You might need to check your spam/clutter folder for the email.
You can also access your library account via the Helpful Links section.
Sign in with your last name and BWU ID number. Once in your library account, you can view the status of your requests (in-transit, on hold shelf, etc.)
